Dansdill, M.D. is from Rockford, IL and is the oldest of 3 children. He grew up loving movies, math, and football. He attended the University of Notre Dame, initially interested in engineering, but switched to a Pre-Med major after discovering his passion for medicine and patient care.
Dr. Dansdill then went to medical school at Loyola University Chicago and completed his internship in nearby Evanston at Presence St. Francis Hospital. He then completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
Dr. Dansdill specializes in Glaucoma and Cataracts. He is fellowship-trained, obtaining his fellowship in Glaucoma and Anterior Segment Surgery from the University of Missouri in Columbia. During his fellowship, he received intensive clinical and surgical training in the treatment of glaucoma and cataracts. He continues to be involved with clinical research related to the pathology and treatment of these disorders.
In his free time, Dr. Dansdill enjoys spending time with his fiancée and best friend, Kristi and their dog, Brisket. He also likes to golf, hike, ski, fish, and take advantage of the AZ heat!
